Terms and Conditions1] All animals remain the property of Maru Farm Ltd at all times.
2]Payment is for the lease of the bull only .Full payment is due within 14 day of delivery with no exceptions unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Overdue accounts will incur interest at 2% per month and any collection costs.
3]Stock will be collected if payment is not received.
4]Cartage cost are the the responsibility of the leasee both ways this includes all replacement bulls.
5]Deaths due to heart attack,blood poisoning,black leg,do not incur an extra charge. Death resulting from accident,poor management or neglect, will incur a maximum charge of $3000 plus GST less the lease fee already paid. This includes, nitrate poisoning, grass staggers, bloat, drowning, electric shock, hanging, cast, broken limbs and eczema. A replacement bull will be offered. 6]Any bull which has damaged his penis must be seen by a vet as soon as possible after injury and can only be returned with a veterinary certificate. 7]All bulls must be weight bearing on all four limbs,lame bulls can only be returned if accompanied by veterinary certificate. Bulls returned without a veterinary certificate will incur extra charges. Truck drivers may use their discretion,and reject bulls unfit for transport.
